Terms and Conditions m2cuc — Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and m2cuc ("Platform", "We"). These Terms apply to all users of the m2cuc platform, including access via website, Android and iOS mobile app, and any services provided by m2cuc.

Continued use of the m2cuc platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms in effect.

To register and use the m2cuc platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years of age, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not residing in a region or country that prohibits access to online gambling platforms.
• Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
• Not an employee, partner, or immediate family member of m2cuc staff.

M2cuc reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts that fail to prove eligibility will be suspended until verification is complete, or terminated if the information provided is found to be false.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at m2cuc. Opening more than one account from the same device, IP address, or personal information is a violation of terms and may result in termination of all associated accounts and freezing of balances.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal or when requested by m2cuc. Documents that may be required include:

• A copy of a valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months).
• Bank statement or digital wallet screenshot for payment method verification purposes.

M2cuc reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawal requests until the KYC process is fully completed. This is a protective measure for the security of your own account.

M2cuc supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysia users, including local bank transfers and digital wallets. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes and may not be used as a savings facility or for money transfers.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account or wallet registered under the same name as the player's m2cuc account.
• M2cuc reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempt will be investigated and frozen until the investigation is complete.

All bonuses and promotions offered by m2cuc are subject to rollover (re-wagering) requirements stated clearly in each promotional offer. Players must read and understand the bonus terms before accepting them.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the specified rollover requirements are fully met.
• M2cuc reserves the right to revoke any bonus obtained through methods deemed to be bonus abuse.
• Each player is eligible for one welcome offer only. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is a violation of terms.
• M2cuc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated and will be automatically removed from your account.

All games on the m2cuc platform are operated by independently certified providers using audited RNG systems. All game results are final and non-disputable unless a clear technical error can be proven.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session:

• Incomplete bets resulting from technical disruptions will be fully reversed back into the account balance.
• Wins recorded in the system log prior to the disruption are valid and will be credited.
• M2cuc is not liable for losses caused by internet disruptions on the player's end.

M2cuc reserves the right to void any bets or wins arising from software bugs, game configuration errors, or other unforeseen circumstances that affect the integrity of the game.

All m2cuc players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against the account:

• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to play on behalf of a human player.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources through the m2cuc platform.
• Threats, abusive language, or harassment directed at support staff or other players.
• Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing third parties to use your account.

M2cuc takes the protection of players' personal information seriously. All collected data is managed in accordance with the m2cuc Privacy Policy, which can be read in full on the Privacy Policy us.

The m2cuc platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications between the player's browser and our servers. Passwords are stored in hashed form that cannot be recovered by anyone, including m2cuc staff.

M2cuc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Fraud, identity impersonation, or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Money laundering activities or suspicious transactions.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Player-initiated account closure for responsible gaming reasons.

If an account is closed at the player's request, any account balance not subject to rollover requirements will be returned after the review process is complete. Bonus balances that have not met rollover requirements will not be returned.

The m2cuc platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, but cannot guarantee 100% availability at all times.

• M2cuc is not liable for any financial losses arising from legitimate game outcomes.
• M2cuc is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.
• The maximum liability of m2cuc to any player under any circumstances is limited to the total actual deposits made by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

M2cuc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting on this page unless stated otherwise.

For amendments deemed material and significantly affecting player rights, m2cuc will provide at least 7 days' notice before the amendment takes effect, via the email registered to the player's account or through an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect signifies your agreement to the revised terms.
